Registration Procedure

NOTE: 
- Day 3 registration is separate from Day 1+2.
- Max 40 registrations for (Day 1+2) and Max 40 registrations for (Day 3)
- It is recommended to attend Day 1+2 to fully understand content of Day 3
- However, those who are keen to attend only operative hysteroscopy can attend Day 3 directly.
- Those interested only in basics can attend Day 1+ 2 Only.
- Content of Day 1+2 will NOT be REPEATED on Day 3, and vice versa.
- Fees do not include accommodation or travel.
- Please read the cancellation/ refund policy carefully in the Google form before making the payment.
- Program is subject to minor changes if needed 
2. Once the registration form is filled, you will receive a link to make the payment on WhatsApp from Admin Mr Santosh on +91 9321583371
3. Please wait for TWO WORKING DAYS to receive the link.
4. International payments can be accepted via the same payment link. Please message (WhatsApp) Mr Santosh on +919321583371 for assistance if needed
5. Note that once the FIRST 40 registrations are completed, we will stop accepting any more registrations.
6. Please read the cancellation / refund policy in the Google form carefully before making the payment 
7. Once payment is completed, you will be added to the delegates whatsapp group on the next day. 
8. Please preserve a screenshot of the payment confirmation mail received from instamojo.com for your reference. No other confirmation mail or message will be necessary to confirm enrollment.
